About CSI

The HDI Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) was developed specifically for the IT service and technical support industry by a 47-person team of IT practitioners and customer satisfaction professionals who measured customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

After more than 15 years, HDI will be retiring the CSI service effective December 31, 2022. CSI has a long legacy at HDI, and we appreciate our community’s loyalty and support for the service over the years. We’re committed to ensuring a smooth transition as we sunset the service in 2022.
